1. Introduction
Welcome to EduA2Z (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EduA2Z platform, website, software, services, tools and related applications (collectively, the “Services”).
EduA2Z provides digital coaching institute management solutions including student management, fee collection, attendance tracking, reporting, staff management and related educational administration services.
By accessing, registering on, purchasing or using EduA2Z in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to enter into a binding agreement in order to use our Services.
2.2 Account Information
Users may be required to provide accurate and complete information during registration or onboarding. You agree to keep all account information updated and accurate.
2.3 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
EduA2Z shall not be responsible for unauthorized access caused by negligence in securing login credentials.
3. Service Usage
EduA2Z grants users a limited, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Services for lawful educational and administrative purposes only.
Users agree not to misuse the platform or engage in activities that may harm the platform, server or other users.
4. Demo Before Purchase
Customers are strongly advised to carefully review the product demo before making any purchase or advance payment.
The features and functionality demonstrated during the demo represent the actual system and services provided after purchase.
By completing payment, the customer acknowledges that they have properly reviewed and understood the software functionality demonstrated during the demo.
5. Subscription, Renewal and Data Retention
EduA2Z plans are subscription-based services and require timely renewal for uninterrupted access.
Customers are responsible for renewing their subscription before or after the expiry date.
After subscription expiry:
- Customer data will remain securely stored on our servers for up to 3 months (90 days).
- If the subscription is not renewed within this retention period, old data may be permanently deleted and may no longer be recoverable.
- Renewing the subscription after the 3 month retention period may not restore previous data.
Customers are advised to contact our support team within the retention period if there are any renewal-related issues.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Attempting unauthorized access to servers or databases
- Sharing account credentials without permission
- Copying, reproducing or reselling the software without authorization
- Using the Services for unlawful or fraudulent activities
- Uploading harmful code, malware or viruses
- Disrupting the normal operation of the platform
Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, source code, content, branding, graphics, system architecture, tools and materials provided by EduA2Z are the intellectual property of EduA2Z unless otherwise stated.
Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.
8. Service Availability
EduA2Z reserves the right to:
- Modify or improve Services at any time
- Temporarily suspend Services for maintenance or updates
- Restrict access in cases of policy violations
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- EduA2Z shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages
- EduA2Z does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation
- Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important data where necessary
10. Termination
EduA2Z reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Services without prior notice if users violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
