Digital Services & Refund Policy

This Digital Services & Refund Policy governs all purchases, subscriptions, renewals and service activations made on EduA2Z (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing or accessing any of our software solutions, subscription plans or digital services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms outlined below.


1. Nature of Digital Services

EduA2Z provides digital coaching institute management solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Student management systems

  • Fee collection and reporting tools

  • Attendance management

  • Staff and batch management

  • Cloud-based institute management services

  • Premium support and custom features

These services are delivered digitally and may become accessible immediately after successful payment, activation or setup.

Due to the intangible nature of digital services and software activation, purchased services generally cannot be returned, revoked or resold once access has been provided.


2. Demo Verification Before Purchase

Customers are strongly advised to carefully review the complete software demo before making any advance payment or purchase decision.

The features, interface and functionality demonstrated during the demo represent the actual system and services that will be delivered after purchase.

By completing payment, customers acknowledge that:

  • They have properly reviewed the demo

  • They understand the provided features and functionality

  • They are satisfied with the demonstrated system before purchase

We encourage customers to ask all necessary questions and verify requirements before completing payment.


3. No-Refund Policy (General Rule)

All purchases made on EduA2Z are generally final and non-refundable.

Once:

  • System setup has started

  • Service activation has been completed

  • Software access has been provided

  • Custom configuration work has begun

No refunds, cancellations or reversals may be applicable under normal circumstances.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Subscription plans

  • Premium feature activations

  • Software setup services

  • Custom development work

  • Cloud service subscriptions

  • Renewal payments

We strongly recommend customers review all plan details, pricing, features and demo functionality carefully before purchasing.


4. Refund Exceptions (Limited & Discretionary)

Notwithstanding the general no-refund policy, EduA2Z may consider refund requests only under the following exceptional situations:


4.1 Duplicate Transactions

If a customer is charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a verified payment gateway or technical error.


4.2 Verified Service Delivery Failure

If EduA2Z is unable to deliver, activate or set up the purchased system due to technical or operational issues directly caused by our side.

Eligible cases may be reviewed and verified before refund approval.


4.3 Non-Eligible Situations

Refund requests may not be approved for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Failure to review the demo properly

  • Misunderstanding of features already demonstrated

  • User-side technical limitations

  • Internet or device-related issues

  • Delays caused by incomplete customer cooperation


5. Subscription Renewal & Data Retention

EduA2Z plans are subscription-based and require timely renewal.

After subscription expiry:

  • Customer data may remain securely stored for up to 3 months (90 days)

  • If the subscription is not renewed within this retention period, older data may be permanently deleted from the server

  • Renewing after the retention period may not restore previous data

Customers are advised to contact our support team within the retention period for any renewal-related assistance or concerns.


6. Refund Request Process & Timeline

All refund-related requests must follow the process below:

  • Requests should be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the transaction date

  • Requests must be sent through our official support communication channels

  • Customers may be required to provide:

    • Registered contact details

    • Transaction ID or payment reference

    • Payment date

    • Detailed issue explanation

Incomplete or unverifiable requests may not be processed.

If any refund is approved after verification, the refund process may be initiated within a reasonable processing timeframe depending on banking and payment gateway procedures.


7. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

Customers are strongly encouraged to contact EduA2Z support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute through banks or payment providers.


7.1 Unauthorized Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication or valid reason:

  • Service access may be suspended or terminated

  • Active subscriptions may be disabled

  • Associated data and services may be restricted

  • Future service access may be denied

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback claims may be treated as policy violations.


8. Policy Modifications

EduA2Z reserves the right to modify, update or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updated policies become effective immediately after publication on our website.

Continued use of our services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
